Job Description

Barnet is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will report into the Marketing Director and will work alongside internal stakeholders and members of Barnet Products, including the marketing and sales teams, in order to achieve our Company sales goals, improve customer communications and be hands-on in terms of conceptualization, creation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and strategies for our B2B corporate social media, email marketing, CRM/lead generation, digital marketing, and ads.

This position is located 100% onsite in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office. The ideal candidate will plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the corporate digital marketing campaign to effectively promote our brand’s products. This candidate will have experience in detailed marketing strategy, as well as experience with dashboards and reporting. They will implement a clear vision leveraging the company’s branded content, creativity, and out of the box thinking.

The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, able to plan and execute against a fast-paced calendar, and able to translate results to share with executive management.

Responsibilities

  • Gain and maintain a working knowledge of the Company's products, customers, goals, existing sales tools (website, app, literature, etc.) and initiatives.
  • Create branded content consistent with overall marketing goals for events, eNewsletters, social media, etc. and creatively maintain corporate branding.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
  • Design and execute projects while conferring with graphic designer, marketing director and other key executives in order to develop approved corporate marketing tools.
  • Explore ways to improve marketing and communications based on changes in the marketplace, new technologies available, and changes in the characteristics and interests of targeted customers; including new digital concepts for added marketing tools.
  • Manage email marketing including distribution of eNewsletters utilizing a digital platform; email distribution.
  • Propose and implement detailed strategy for corporate B2B social media communication including curating and managing community experience across all potential social channels (i.e. LinkedIn).
  • Maintain the quantity and quality of content on the company website.
  • Handle strategic online initiatives; monitoring and evaluating online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective.
  • Stay current with emerging opportunities in the digital marketing world; identify and communicate patterns and trends; leverage into developing initiatives for customer engagement.
  • Report on predetermined corporate KPIs; analyze and use analytics to meet digital marketing goals and improve targeting of specific customer groups; and track SEO and identify improvements in driving customers to website.
  • Utilize CRM and Lead Generation tools to deliver quality leads to sales team, as well as propose CRM/Lead Generation improvements and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with third party consultants as needed to execute digital marketing and ads.
  • Manage projects within the annual marketing calendar and budget; adhering to deadlines and process.
  • Support Studio360Labs
  • Engage in Studio360Labs social media plan; meet yearly commitment and deadlines.
  • Analyze and distribute analytics developed from email marketing efforts.
  • Explore and prepare new digital concepts for added marketing tools.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required; knowledge/experience in the cosmetic/personal care industry a strong plus.
    • Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development/optimization a plus.
    • Google certification is a plus.
    • Good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is also a plus.
  • 5 – 10 years of digital marketing experience including social media and electronic communications required; experience in cosmetics/personal care industry/fashion industry a plus.
  • Marketing education/experience or interest that includes social media and electronic communications a plus.
    • Well-versed in the use of social media as a marketing tool.
    • Experience with website building and optimization is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software; 5+ years of MS Dynamics experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • CRM experience required.
  • Proficient in project management skills.
  • Video and photography experience a plus.
  • Keen organization skills regarding time, costs, deadlines, and quality of product.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker; detail oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze and predict return on investment of marketing campaigns and advertisements.
    • Understands website metrics and best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing techniques and campaign monitoring.
  • Creativity; ability to think outside the box.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently as well as a team player that is able to work well with others.
  • Ability to work with colleagues at all levels to develop marketing goals and evaluate results.
